We've loved having you back after the holidays, but because of the spike in the pandemic, our labs will temporarily hold on the processing of our TeloYears & Advanced Ancestry DNA tests. Our delay in processing begins January 12 and will last 2-4 weeks.
If you have recently sent in a DNA test, it is possible that we will require another sample in order to produce your results. These customers will be notified via email and sent new collection kits without charge.
2021 won't be back to business as usual. New ways of living have been established for everyone. New ways to stay healthy and active are still being discovered by all of us. Thanks for standing by us in these unusual times.
